Overlooker's Cottage has been a self catering let since 1998 and is ideally situated in the heart of Saltaire Village. We have welcomed guests from all over the world with visitors regularly coming from Australia, Canada, America, Europe and, of course, all areas of the UK.

The cottage has been continually maintained and refurbished and provides a cosy home whether visiting as a tourist to enjoy the ever-evolving vibrant Saltaire, or as a base to visit family and friends. It is also ideal as a base for business people or as a let to bridge the gap when moving house.

We are flexible!
Lots of holiday accommodation have a strict turn-over day, but we are flexible. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs. The cottage is also suitable for mini breaks and short term lets.

About the accommodation
Overlooker's Cottage was built around 1857 for mill workers in Sir Titus Salt's model village and has been fully refurbished to a high standard with 3 bedrooms, comfortable sitting room, dining kitchen and bathroom. The cottage is warm and cosy with full central heating. There is a small front garden and a rear space with table and seating for al fresco dining. The cottage is a short walk away from Salts Mill and all of Saltaire's attractions. Sorry - we don't allow smoking or pets.

Access

The cottage has a small front garden and the property is accessed by 3 stone steps with handrail. Inside the cottage there is an entrance hall with doors leading to the sitting room and kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a back yard. There are stairs leading to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.
